- Yes. The first meeting is a free on-site consultation. We walk the house with you and talk through the work.
- Where do you work?
- The studio is in Reunion. We take whole-house and room work in Orlando, Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Mary, Lakeland, and Kissimmee.
- Are you a licensed contractor?
- Yes. iDesignBuild Florida is a licensed design-build contractor — Florida license CGC1531832 — with more than 30 years of craftsmanship.
- What is design-build?
- One contract and one team for design and construction. The house you approve is the house that gets built — no finger-pointing between designer and builder.
- Do you pull permits?
- Yes. Work is fully permitted. We handle the drawings, the building department, and the inspections through certificate of occupancy.
- How long does a renovation take?
- A kitchen or primary bath is typically a few months once drawings are approved. A whole-house renovation depends on the structure and the finish. We set the schedule at the on-site consultation, not after demolition starts.
- Why does the first price look larger?
- Because it is the real number. Design-build shows labor, materials, and design together. A drawing-only bid looks smaller until change orders and a second contractor show up.
